The Kerala Catholic Association is launching its Lent Appeal 2026 during this sacred season of Lent. Lent begins on Ash Wednesday 18th February 2026.

Lent reminds us of Christ’s endurance, prayer, and unconditional love, inviting us to grow spiritually through prayer, fasting and acts of charity.

During Lent 2025, through the generosity of our members and well wishers, the Kerala Catholic Association raised £1,130. With this contribution, we were able to support four different charitable organisations, donating ₹30,000 each to deserving causes.

The charities we funded are:

  1. Abhayam Charitable Trust, Eravipuram, Kollam
  2. Assisi Vinayala, Kottiyam, Kollam
  3. Santhwana Rehabilitation Centre, Puthenthope, Trivandrum
  4. Karuna Nivas, Vettuthura, Trivandrum

Your kindness made a meaningful difference to many lives.

Encouraged by last year’s success, we humbly request your continued support for the KCA Lent Appeal 2026. This year, with your help, we hope to extend our support to more charitable organisations and communities in need.

We kindly invite you to participate in this appeal and share in the spirit of Lent by contributing according to your ability. Every donation, big or small, is a reflection of Christ’s love in action.

Thank you for your generosity, prayers and ongoing support. If you would like to donate, please contribute to our

Welcome to Kerala Catholic Association of the UK http://www.kcauk.org/index.php/en/82-home-page/71-home http://www.kcauk.org/index.php/en/82-home-page/71-home

Welcome Banner

Founded in 1984, the Kerala Catholic Association of the UK (KCA) was established to foster a vibrant community rooted in social fellowship, mutual support, personal growth, and wholesome recreation. With the majority of its members residing in Greater London and neighbouring counties, KCA continues to serve as a cultural and spiritual anchor for the Malayalee Catholic diaspora.

KCA remains deeply committed to promoting harmony and nurturing the moral and spiritual well-being of its members. Through organised pilgrimages to sacred shrines across the UK and abroad, we aim to inspire reflection, renewal, and a deeper sense of purpose in life.

In addition to its spiritual mission, KCA actively engages in charitable initiatives both locally and internationally. These efforts include fundraising for humanitarian causes, supporting vulnerable communities, and partnering with organisations to deliver aid and resources where they are most needed.

In recognition of its enduring values, KCA appointed Monsignor John Armitage as its Patron in 2009. The current Patron is Monsignor Kevin Hale, whose guidance continues to enrich our mission. KCA is a registered organisation in England, United Kingdom, with Company Registration No. 08010671 and Charity Registration No. 1103811

KCAUK Christmas & New Year Celebrations 2025 – What a Night!

After six years, the Kerala Catholic Association of the UK made a spectacular comeback with our Christmas & New Year celebration on 10 January 2026 at St. Thomas More Church Hall, Barking. And what a celebration it was!

We were blessed by the inspiring words of Rev. Father Wingston and Rev. Father Britto, who set the perfect tone for the evening. Our honorary guest, Mr. Jay Bobby Seagull MBE, lit up the stage with his motivational journey and proudly presented the Exceptional Educational Achievement Award to Angelina George.

The night was packed with vibrant dances, musical performances, a delicious festive dinner, and the joy of reuniting as a community. The show-stopping highlight? An electrifying musical performance by William Isac and Delsy Ninan that left the crowd cheering for more!

A huge thank you to all our members, guests, performers, and volunteers for making the event unforgettable. Here’s to more celebrations and togetherness in the year ahead! ✨
